Build a boat

The Build – a – boat activity which will take place in the pool area of the hotel or on a sandy beach

Delegates will be split into teams, they will be given all the necessary equipment needed to be able to build a boat ie: Plastic, carton, easels to sketch out plans for the boat etc. The material will be cut out beforehand, so the teams will have to figure out how to assemble the boat in such a way that they can actually sail it in the pool and race it to the finish line!

Teams will be awarded points on the following:

Construction of the boat

Performing a team cheer or song – most creative one is given highest points

Race across the pool, winner is awarded most points.

We will have a DJ playing all afternoon to complete the atmosphere of the afternoon!
