Most conferences of this size are planned a year ahead. This one was contracted at the end of January for arrival in the first week of April.

We handled the hotel, the historic venues, the government permits, production and transport with one team.

All 381 delegates stayed under one roof: 390 rooms in a single five-star resort.

A plenary built for 350

The plenary had a 10-metre stage in front of a 30-metre LED wall, with eleven breakout spaces around it. We chose the LED wall over projection so that every seat had the same picture.

The Saluting Battery and the Sacra Infermeria

Delegates had an aperitif at the Saluting Battery above the Grand Harbour, with a private gun salute. Dinner followed in the Sacra Infermeria, the Knights' great hospital hall, under 36-foot ceilings.
