Barceló Fortina Malta is a 183-room hotel on the Tigné seafront in Sliema, looking across Marsamxett Harbour to Valletta. Barceló reopened it as a five-star hotel in September 2023 after a €35 million refurbishment by its owner, Fortina Investments. It has a seafront lido, a 510 m² spa with an indoor heated pool and a conference centre of about 600 m², launched in April 2026.
