Romègas Hotel is a 22-room hotel in a restored 16th-century palazzo on Old Bakery Street, Valletta, built for the Knight of Malta Mathurin Romègas. It opened in summer 2026. Its restaurant is Caviar & Bull Valletta by chef Marvin Gauci, and its rooftop pool looks over Marsamxett Harbour.
